Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 9, 2026. We are committed to transparency and safeguarding your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

FlyerGram collects specific, limited personal and technical information to enable you to customize prompts, bookmark templates, track analytics, and submit community templates:

  • Account & Profile Information: When you sign in (via Google or other OAuth providers), we receive your public email address, full name, and avatar image URL to create your profile.
  • User Submissions: Design mockups, descriptions, and prompt text templates submitted by you.
  • Usage Activity (First-Party Analytics): We log website events (such as page views, copy actions, searches performed, and social shares). To keep this data storage-efficient, we extract and save only basic metadata: your browser name, operating system, and general device category (mobile/tablet/desktop).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To attribute design template ownership and show credits to contributors.
  • To customize design prompt placeholders dynamically via our customiser tool.
  • To provide a customized bookmarks page (saved prompts list).
  • To audit, moderate, and manage community submissions.
  • To generate traffic metrics (active visitors, popular paths, conversion rates) in the Admin Dashboard.

3. Data Minimization & Retention Policy

Rolling 30-Day Activity Window

To protect user privacy and optimize database resources, all custom analytics activity logs (page views, search strings, copy actions, etc.) are kept for a maximum of 30 days. An automated database pruning function deletes events older than 30 days every time administrators access the dashboard.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted third-party providers to host components of the Platform:

  • Supabase: Provides our authentication system, user profiles database, and storage for uploaded design mockups.
  • PostHog: Used for tracking user flows, conversions, and analyzing interaction layouts.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, update, export, or delete the personal data we store about you. You can delete your bookmarked prompts directly on the Saved page. To request deletion of your account profile or community submissions, contact us at contact@flyergram.site.

6. Contact Us

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy practices, contact Divine Nwachukwu at contact@flyergram.site.
