1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlyerGram NG (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Platform

FlyerGram is a repository of curated flyer design prompts and mockup templates. Users can browse, search, copy prompts, customize layouts, and submit custom design elements to the community queue.

3. User-Generated Content & Submissions

When you submit a design prompt, mockup, template, or other asset ("Submissions") to the FlyerGram community queue:

  • Ownership: You retain your copyright and ownership over your original Submissions.
  • License: You grant FlyerGram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, cache, display, distribute, modify, and showcase your Submissions on the Platform.
  • Representations: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content, and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or copyright.
  • Moderation: All submissions undergo review. Platform administrators reserve the absolute right to approve, reject, modify, or delete any Submission from the Platform at their sole discretion, for any reason, without notice.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The design of the Platform, logo, custom graphics, source code, systems, and curated arrangements of prompts are owned by FlyerGram or its licensors. You may copy individual text prompts for your creative design works, but scraping, copying the Platform design, or redistributing the entire database is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of AI Prompt Outputs

FlyerGram curates design parameters and prompts intended for external tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva, Photoshop). We make no warranties or representations regarding the outputs, quality, consistency, or availability of external third-party design platforms or generative AI engines.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FlyerGram shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

6. DMCA and Intellectual Property Claims

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on FlyerGram violates your copyright, please contact us at contact@flyergram.site with detailed proof of ownership, the infringing URL, and your contact details for immediate review and removal.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
